“We have had excellent service every time we have gone to Euro Autoworks. From working on my C300 Mercedes or the BMW 128i, the service is always excellent. The BMW wasn’t running well right after starting up. Euro said we needed a software update which surprised me that it would make a difference to the initial starting of the car, but I have to admit it runs perfectly at startup now. For the Mercedes the automatic transmission was shifting hard, they recommended replacing the transmission oil, again I wasn’t sure if that would really help, but it absolutely did. I have over 100,000 miles on the C300 now, and it is shifting perfectly. So overall, if Euro Autoworks says something needs to be done on either of my cars, I believe them, they have earned my trust.
