My SMG pump had failed on my 02 M3. Matt was able to get me fixed up in less than a week, which is unheard of with this part, at a reasonable price. Since then there have been little things on the car that have either needed replacing or a quick fix that they have been more than happy to fit me in on last minute, sometimes not even charging me. I will continue to give Euro Autoworks my business for all of my imports.

I definitely recommend these guys!

Just got my 560 SL back and am pleased. I had a fuel issue. I was hoping it was something simple like a fuel pump relay. They figured it needed a new pump. They replaced the pump with no results? They traced the wiring to a mouse nest and a ground wire eaten. They took out the new pump and put the old one back in, fixed the wire and it started right up!!

Here's the reason these guys are SPECIAL!! The cost of replacing the pump was going to cost something N of $450 . With all the monkey business I got out of there for $170! They could have sold me the new pump, but they didn't!!! I wish I knew these guys when I had my 944.

I travel a great deal & with Murphy's Law needed repairs rarely happen at an opportune time. Matt & staff do a great job of accommodations to make the best of the situations that occur. Try them out as I spent 15 years of my 45 year business consulting career working with car dealerships & leasing companies. Service is the key to customer retention...great job as always!

We have 4 imported cars (2 BMW, MB, Acura) and Euro AutoWorks is our preferred place to take them all. From regular maintenance to unexpected warning lights to new tires, Matt J and the team do an outstanding job diagnosing, estimating, and maintaining our 'fleet'. There have been more than a couple times that they have gone the 'extra mile' to help us out and give us the best price & service possible.

If you are still taking your car to a dealer - I would recommend stopping that for anything but warranty work. You will get better service, better value, and a hassle-free experience at Euro AutoWorks.
